Objective is Phase 1: Bldg. 101 Flat Roof & Standing Seam Eave Gutter Detail Repairs. Includes SW standing seam and eave gutter detail repair, West side downspout repair, East side Bilco door roof access curb re-seal, SW sanitary stack repair (including ISO board replacement and new membrane), replacement of 30 walk mats, East side mini-split roof penetration re-seal, and repair of East Side N/S and E/W seams (approx. 1,300 feet). Phase 2: Bldg. 136 Roof Repair and Solar Panel Decommissioning. Includes demolishing and removing electrical lines from the inverter to all solar panels, removing the cable tray, blocking off the base, removing all solar panel rows, and repairing all burn marks in the roof membrane using a compatible patch.
