The 109th Airlift Wing recruiting office has a requirement for advertising on 12 Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) buses in the Albany, Schenectady, and Troy area for five months. In accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a), it has been determined that Lamar Advertising is the sole source available to provide advertising on CDTA buses.
