MCA-Indonesia II is assessing interventions to improve reliable, high-quality, and affordable internet services in underserved areas, particularly where middle-mile backhaul constraints limit bandwidth, raise service costs, and reduce competition. The purpose of this RFI is to gather market feedback on feasible technical solutions, deployment timelines, operating models, market constraints, financing needs, and sustainability considerations for activities described in the RFI. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.
