JUSTIFICATION Existing awnings serving the Emergency Room and Radiology entrances are damaged and require replacement. Facilities Management Service has inspected the existing awnings and determined that they are past useful life and cannot be repaired. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE VA Medical Center West Haven Campus 950 Campbell Avenue West Haven, CT 06516 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The contract period of performance for this work is 120 calendar days from contract award NTP and includes contractor closeout. QUALIFICATIONS To be eligible for consideration, potential bidders shall have a field service representative located within 200 miles of the West Haven Campus of the VA Connecticut Healthcare System and have proper equipment, materials, and support to provide services. Bidders shall provide upon request, documentation of certification/training on the specific equipment under the terms of this contract.
