The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide general repairs necessary to keep ranges and training areas in usable condition. The range maintenance tasks include, but not limited to carpentry, welding, masonry, electrical, painting, some heavy equipment operations, mechanical maintenance, refurbishing props, and trash/debris removal. Other work included, but not limited to fabricating, installing and repairing metal gates, flag poles, metal barriers, signs (lateral limit, range, identification, impact area, no trespassing, and warning signs metal and wood).
