INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE OSCOR Max Spectrum Receiver #SS-TGT-26-035 The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to contract with Research Electronics International, LLC, 455 Security Drive, Cookeville, TN 38506, on a sole source basis. The proposed Contractor developed and owns the propriety and patented hardware, software and algorithms that are used in these products and support the services specifically required for this acquisition; thereby the proposed source has the sole unique technical and other resources required for this acquisition. The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) requires specialized hand-held spectrum analyzer with a rapid sweep speed and functionality suited for detecting unknown, illegal, disruptive, and anomalous rogue transmissions across a wide frequency range in a complete system.
