This project includes repair by replacement of the leaking refrigerant coil and recharge of the unit for normal operation. Any refrigerant in the system is to be removed and disposed of according to EPA regulations. Chiller refrigerant circuit to be pressure tested per applicable manufacturer recommendations prior to recharging the unit for normal operation. This project will be procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air‑Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19 million.
