Contractors shall submit a signed copy of the SF30 Amendment document with the proposals. 10 July 2026: This update is to issue amendment #2 which incorporates the following into the Solicitation. 1) Addendum #5 (attached) to the Architect & Engineer (AE) Specifications and Drawings. 2) Final Answers (attached) to all Request for Information (RFI)s received. No other RFIs will be considered. 3) Item 13d of SF1442 is changed to 120 calendar days for Government acceptance. 4) Fee schedule (attached) for the Project Management Software.
