Notice of Intent to Sole Source to UNICORview on SAM.gov

The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR), 3301 Leestown, Rd, Lexington, KY 40511, to provide ten new analyst workstations to match existing UNICOR furniture and disassemble and reassemble existing UNICOR furniture within the building. This special notice is IAW RFO FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. No solicitation package will be available. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All qualified sources must respond no later than 10:00 AM CST, 25 August 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
