The contractor shall provide initial commissioning, inspection and preventive maintenance, service as needed on Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, and provide emergency repairs for Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Park Atlanta, Georgia.
