In accordance with the Veterans Affairs Maine Healthcare System, has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide minor construction services for replacement of existing Mitsubishi 2033C UPS units at the Bangor and Lewiston Community-Based Outpatient Clinics, in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) issued solely for market research and set aside determination purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment for a future award. NCO 1 is seeking responses from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), and all other small business concerns under NAICS 238210 to determine whether adequate competition exists to support an SDVOSB set aside under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Interested parties must submit their expressions of interest in writing to the Contracting Specialist no later than July 7, 2026, at 4:30 PM ET. Responses shall be emailed to alexandru.sava@va.gov.
