This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-26-Q-0403. This requirement is being solicited as a Sole Source Requirement for Prevco Subsea LLC. Prevco holds the proprietary drawings of the required pressure vessel parts. In order to appropriately contextualize pressure vessel testing, it is essential that the required test panels be exactly the same to the in-Fleet system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332410; the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the below items: CLIN 0001: Quantity of one (1) Stock Housing with Penetrations, Part #: A_1207SD(TB)-18-7-0-2-DP.T CLIN 0002: Quantity of one (1) Hydrostatic Pressure Testing for the Stock Housing with Penetrations for a depth of two hundred (200) ft. NUWCDIVNPT will be providing Government Furnished Property part of this purchase, per attachment #1. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Newport, RI 02841. Delivery shall occur on or before ten (10) weeks after date of award. Please include any applicable shipping charges.
