Interested vendors may request additional information by submitting a written request via email to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov. Requests should include the company name, point of contact, email address, telephone number, and evidence of authorization or licensing to provide Work Injury Compensation Insurance in Singapore. The Government may award the contract without discussions and reserves the right to do so based on initial quotations received. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov prior to submitting an quotation pursuant to FAR 52.204-7. Therefore, quoters are encouraged to register prior to the submission of their quotation. Prospective quoters must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations necessary to operate legally in Singapore. Contractors must comply with all applicable Singapore insurance, labor, safety, and tax regulations. This acquisition will include DOSAR clause 652.242-73 – Authorization and Performance (AUG 1999). Other information: Prospective quoters must be able to licensed or authorized to provide Work Injury Compensation Insurance services in Singapore and maintain all required approvals, registrations, and authorizations from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other applicable regulatory authorities.
