How will the awardee gain access to the park? A1. Once the contract is awarded, the contractor will receive an email with an access request form. We will need the vehicle and drivers' information, or Law Enforcement Dispatch Center will run the vehicle and driver. Once cleared, the contractor will get a sticker that will allow them to enter the park. Submit all questions only via email to james_bissaillon@ios.doi.gov by August 13, 2026, to ensure enough time to provided answers. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM CDT on August 19, 2026, unless changed by solicitation amendment. Remember to monitor the solicitation posting for any amendments posted until the solicitation closes. All amendments must be acknowledged by the due date and time for quotes.
