Mobility & Speed Minimum Specification : Minimum top speed of 10 mph. Description: Must be capable of simulating moving live targets during tactical training scenarios. 2. Power & Endurance Minimum Specification : Minimum of 8 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. Description: Must support a full training day without requiring mid-day battery swaps or recharging. 3. Command & Control Minimum Specification : Minimum remote control range of 100 meters Line of Sight (LOS). Description: Robust RF control link is required to ensure operator safety during live-fire maneuvers. 4. Durability & Ballistic Survivability Minimum Specification : Designed to absorb impacts from frangible 5.56mm and 9mm rounds. Preferred Specification: High structural tolerance for standard 5.56mm and 9mm ball ammunition to ensure training continuity during frangible ammo supply chain shortfalls. 5. Target Lifespan & Maintenance Minimum Specification : Target torso/strike face must survive a minimum of 3,000 rounds before requiring replacement. Torsos must be interchangeable without specialized tools by range personnel between training sessions. 6. Operating Temperatures Minimum Specification: Operational threshold of 40°F to 85°F (4.4°C to 29.4°C). 3.0 MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION Pre-Delivery Inspection: ** The Vendor shall perform a full inspection and execute any required maintenance or repair of all equipment prior to delivery.
