This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0060426Q4087 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for three (3) Utility Terrain Vehicles that meet/exceed the minimum salient characteristics in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business Office concurs with this decision. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
