This is a Sources Sought Notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. Bonding: Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are not anticipated to be required, unless the quote is over $35,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning, with a Size Standard of $19.0M. Magnitude of Construction: Less than $25,000.00. Cost Reimbursement: Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice, nor any follow-up to information requests. Solicitation: At this time, VHA Network Contracting Office 23 anticipates issuing a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) in July 2026; and awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
