Solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0050 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the lease, installation, and maintenance of a temporary 12-ton AC unit and 30kw diesel generator. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This requirement is not subject to the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). (ii) Line-Item Numbers and Items CLIN 0001 DESCRIPTION: Lease, installation, and operation of a temporary 12-ton AC unit with 30kw generator, associated equipment, and services for the period of July 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026. QTY: 4 UNIT: Months (iii) Description of Requirements The Contractor will provide all equipment, transportation, and services required to lease, deliver, install, and maintain a 12-ton AC unit and 30kw diesel generator. The requirement includes all associated equipment such as hoses, a containment berm, power connections, safety equipment (wheel chocks, cord covers), and a 500-gallon supplemental fuel tank. The contractor will also provide preventative maintenance every 300 hours of operation and all required refueling services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). No brand name restriction applies.
