This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80SSC026Q0008 for Stennis Space Center Occupational Health Medical Director and Employee Assistance Program Coordinator (EAP) Support. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAR Overhaul (Aug 2026). The offeror must state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which must be considered by the agency.
