Industry Stakeholders, In response to Industry's continued requests to improve communication between US Army Command-Orlando (ACC-ORL), Capability Portfolio Executive Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (ST3), and Industry Stakeholders; The ACC-ORL Director/Senior Contracting Official (SCO), willl host the Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) Update sessions for industry participants interested in doing business with the US Government. The schedule below provide dates for PALT sessions hosted by ACC-ORL and Technical Exchange sessions hosted by CPE ST3. For planning purposes, the tentative Calendar Year 2026 dates are as follows: January 13, 2026 ----------- PALT February 17, 2026 ---------- PALT March 10, 2026* ------------- CPE ST3Tech Exchange* April 14, 2026 ----------------- PALT May 12, 2026 ------------------ PALT June 17-18, 2026 ------------- TSIS 2026 July 14, 2026 ------------------ PALT August 11, 2026* -------------- CPE ST3 Tech Exchange* September 8, 2026 ------------ PALT October 12-14, 2025 ---------- AUSA Annual Meeting & Expo 2026 November 3, 2026 ------------- PALT December 2026 ----------------- I/ITSEC (30 Nov - 3 Dec) Time 1100-1200 EST Each session will be a hybrid (in-person & virtual) session which can accomodate up to 150 industry partners in-person, and up to 300 industry partners virtually via MS Teams. RSVP instructions for each upcoming session will be posted to Sam.gov. Note: Industry participants are required to RSVP for either session to receive instructions. THERE IS NO STANDING INVITE LIST. Each PALT update session will provide Industry Stakeholders the opportunity to request updates on specific procurements of interest via a question and answers (Q&A) type forum. There will be a formal agenda and an open Q&A session at the end of the PALT session. PALT is only scheduled for 60 minutes. Industry partners have the lattitude to request updates on specific procurements (current/future). US Government Acquisition business leaders will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process or any procurement sensitive information. We make every effort to post updated version of the ACC-ORL workload point of contact and monthly new awards to our public website on a monthly basis.
