NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - Newborn Screening Testing Services for WRSUview on SAM.gov

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to State of Arizona, under NAICS code 621511 – Testing laboratories, medical, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1(b), One responsible source, because only one source is reasonably available to satisfy the Government's requirement. The requirement is for a contractor to provide for newborn screening laboratory testing services for the Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU) and Cibecue Health Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
