NOAA SECO requires additional ceiling capacity on IDIQ 1305M421DNAAA0016 for the remainder of the ordering period to procure technical professional services. These services are required to conduct comprehensive environmental, safety, and occupational health compliance audits at approximately 235 NOAA facilities in support of the NOAA Environmental Compliance and Safety Assessment System (NECSAS). SECO's role in ensuring environmental compliance for NOAA Line and Staff Offices includes completing impact assessments, consultations, authorizations, and approvals required for proposed projects such as construction, renovation, as well as property acquisition and disposal.
