The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 624229 Other Community Housing Services, Small Business Size Standard $19.0 Million. OVERVIEW: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, and Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (Lincoln VA Clinic) anticipate a requirement for contract with a firm who has the qualifications, experience and expertise in providing Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Services to members serviced by the Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (Lincoln VA Clinic). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain interest from contractors who would be capable of providing the required services. Firm shall provide all labor, supervision, housing, material, and supplies necessary to provide Healthcare for Homeless Veterans and Emergency Residential Services beds. The contractor s facility shall be no further than twenty (20) miles from the Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (Lincoln VA Clinic) located at 420 Victory Park Drive, Lincoln NE 68510.
