The U.S. Government intends to increase capacity on the current Mechanical Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MM), W911S823D0008 (Apex Mechanical), W911S823D0009 (Vet First), W911S823D0010 (Holmes Mechanical), W911S823D0011 (Avalon Contracting), W911S823D0012 (Blue Mountain Mechanical Inc.), on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 41 U.S.C 1901 as implemented by Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1– One Responsible Source and no other supplies of services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to the sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Any information provided in response to the sources sought will not be returned to the responder. Each responder is also requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the attached specifications. Firms shall also provide point of contact information where available for the efforts cited above. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Governmentwide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The NAICS code(s) is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. In response to this Sources Sought Notice, please provide: 1.
