Project Initiation and Planning Site Survey and Assessment Conduct a comprehensive site survey for each AHU listed. Assess the current condition of each AHU, including mechanical, electrical, and control components. Identify deficiencies and areas requiring refurbishment or replacement. Project Kick-off Meeting Organize a kick-off meeting with all stakeholders to discuss project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Designate roles and responsibilities.
