AI Summary

• Yes, the cleaning schedule can be modified by moving the maintenance and repair months to October and April.
• This modification does not alter the agency's commitment to move cleanings to 6-month intervals; however, scheduling may need reallocation internally without needing formal proposal solicitations.
• The opportunity description now qualifies as a Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside due to the language specifying only full and open competition.
QUALITY RULES:
- Removed unclear language regarding weather complications during cleaning months
- Did not add unnecessary information about reallocation for internal agencies' purposes
