COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 1333MF26Q0066 (26-403) Purchase Autoclave with a Four Year Preventative Maintenance (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1333MF26Q0066 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for the Purchase of an Autoclave with a Four Year Preventative Maintenance. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 334516. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. CLIN 0001 Purchase a Double-Door Autoclave with Steam Boiler with applicable accessories in accordance with the Statement of Need. Delivery and install to be completed by March 31, 2027. CLIN 0002 Installation and removal of the old unit CLIN 0003 Estimated freight - Vendor to provide proof of actual freight charges (bill of lading) to support freight claim costs. Any freight cost exceeding $100 must be supported; the Government will only pay actual freight costs up to the estimated amount. CLIN 0004 Quarterly Preventative maintenance for 4 years after install and government acceptance. Vendors to provide quotes based on Quarterly pricing.
