The Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forest, CLRD requires seasonal to year-round cleaning services for multiple vaults in support of a robust recreation program. The CLRD offer year-round recreation opportunities and receive high use due to popularity and proximity of large population numbers along the Colorado Front Range of visitors to these recreation destinations. The Forest Service is committed to keeping these sites clean, sanitary, and open to the public. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720- Janitorial Services. The small business size standard is $22 Million.
