AMENDMENT 0003 Solicitation Number: 1333MK26Q0074 The purpose of this amendment is to revise Solicitation 1333MK26Q0074 as follows: 1. CLIN 0001 – PORT OF CLEVELAND WASTE OIL AND OILY WASTE PUMP OUT is hereby removed from the solicitation in its entirety. 2. The requirement identified under CLIN 0001 Statement of Work, "Port of Cleveland Waste Oil and Oily Waste Pump Out," is no longer required under this solicitation and shall not be included in vendor quotations. 3. All references to CLIN 0001 and its associated Statement of Work requirements are hereby deleted from Solicitation 1333MK26Q0074. 4. The Government may evaluate all quotations received and reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards, or award any of the remaining individual CLINs. Awards may be made to multiple vendors when determined to be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. 5. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended. Interested vendors shall refer to the SAM.gov posting associated with this amendment for the revised quotation due date and time. 6. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment and all previously issued amendments by submitting signed copies with their quotation. Failure to acknowledge all amendments may render a quotation ineligible for award. AMENDMENT 0002 to Solicitation 1333MK26Q0074 is dissolve the small business set aside and extend the offer due date. 1. The purpose of this amendment is to increase competition and provide additional time for interested vendors to submit quotations. 2. The Small Business Set-Aside is hereby dissolved. This solicitation is changed to Unrestricted under Full and Open Competition. 3. The solicitation closing date is extended please refer to the SAM.gov due date on this amendment. 4. Vendors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment and all previously issued amendments by submitting signed copies with their quotation.
