Description of Requirement: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for a Bayesian Dosing Software, including single site standalone licensing. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied that the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. Requirement Item: Bayesian Dosing Software Single Site - Standalone Licensing STATEMENT OF WORK Introduction and Overview This statement of work is for a subscription to a Bayesian-guided medication dosing software from a contractor that can provide licensing rights. This subscription is to ensure clinicians have access to a reliable web-based therapeutic drug dosing and monitoring tool for complex clinical situations that require careful drug therapy evaluation and adjustment in a systematic and efficient manner. The software will include important pharmacokinetic parameters and empiric and patient-specific dosing recommendations; allow for graphical prediction and projection of theoretical doses at any drug dosing interval in order to optimize and achieve therapeutic drug levels; provide local storage of data and references for primary literature of clinicals models used; and lastly, be highly c…
