The applicable NAICS code is 334419, PSC 6150.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil/ by 23 June 2026. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Elizabeth White at elizabeth.k.white9.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 23 June 2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
