This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under RFO Part 12. This requirement is for a B1-B radio Cable Assembly (Part Number: LE409-0252-0901, NSN: 5995-01-184-0074) for Ellsworth AFB, SD. The Government intends to award a contract to DAVINCI AIRCRAFT, INC. IAW RFO 6.103-1, currently Flight Safety has only approved acquisition outside DLA supply chains to purchase the requested part from the aforementioned company.
