Sole Source Rationale GWU is uniquely qualified to perform this requirement due to its specialized epidemiology expertise, multidisciplinary research infrastructure, and proximity to NIH. The proposed support includes advanced chronic disease modeling, study design, linkage of claims and clinical datasets, and sophisticated statistical methodologies that are not reasonably available from another source within the required timeframe. Interested organizations that believe they can satisfy the Government's requirement shall submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required services.
