This procurement is for the purchase of four (4) L3Harris AN/PRC-163 Multi-Channel Handheld Radio System and required accessories. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by RFO 12.102(a): Only one source available. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered a competitive requirement.
