Regarding the requirement mentioned above, would the Government consider including ongoing DoD projects that have reached a stage of substantial completion or have at least one year of proven performance history? We respectfully request that the Government accept "completed or currently performing DoD projects," provided they meet the relevancy and scale requirements.
