This sole source effort will be awarded IAW RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Collins Aerospace (CAGE 13499) . The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item.
