Remove existing concrete roof coating system, make all necessary repairs (e.g., cracks, penetrations, leaks), and install a liquid-applied 3-part (primer/base layer, reinforcement fabric/sealant layer, reflective topcoat layer) acrylic elastomeric roof coating system as outlined in the attached Statement of Work.
