Responses to the RFI will not be returned. At this time, questions concerning the composition and requirements for a future RFP will not be entertained . 3.0 SUBJECT: The Government is conducting market research via this RFI to assess industry interest in, understanding of, and capability to perform, the Programmatic and Administrative Support Services tasks contained in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). 4.0 ATTACHMENT(S) (1) - Draft PWS (2) - Guidance for the Request for Information (RFI) (3) - Vendor Responses (4) - Vendor Experiences and Capabilities Responses 5.0 RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: Submission: Please submit RFI response via email in a “.pdf” file type, to Ms. Takamma Wallace-Berry at email address: takamma.l.wallace-berry.civ@health.mil. Please use this title in your email “RFI – Programmatic and Administrative Support Services”. Due Date: RFI response submission is due by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, 24 September 2026. Page Limit: Limit your total written response to 5 pages, Times New Roman (12-point Font). The use of a cover page and/or table of contents does not count toward the page limit. Record responses on Vendor Responses attachment (attachment number 3 and 4). A vendor responding to this RFI with generic material only, such as brochures or advertisements, is highly discouraged .
