Project Description: Construct 68,000 square feet, multi-story office building inside CADD NAS Corpus Christi, including main building, mechanical yard, parking, sidewalks and landscaping. Building services include utilities, data and telecommunications, audio-visual systems. Building must meet High Performance Sustainable Building Guiding Principles, including Third Party Certification. Any resultant contract will be firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with the annual size standard of $45.0 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Y1AA, Construction of Office Buildings. The period of performance is anticipated to be approximately 18 months with a Construction Magnitude between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.
