The existing building 246 elevator requires complete demolition and replacement to include all associated mechanical room equipment. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of fully managing this requirement, which will may require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.
