Vehicle maneuverability requirements shall still apply. In lieu of the turning radius, a pull through equivalent may be accepted. In addition, alternative solutions to the turn radius and pull through equivalent will be considered. Building must support Laboratory infrastructure, including dedicated HVAC for fume hood venting, specialized ventilation for a Battery Storage Room with hydrogen alarms, and plumbing for acid-neutralizing catch basins and emergency eyewash/shower stations. Properties inside the Portland Harbor Superfund Site are not permitted. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
