Response: Varian Truebeam linear accelerators, Phillips 64 slice big bore scanner. What is the approximate radiation oncology patient volume? Response: Approximately 200 patients per year are treated. Which special procedures are currently performed (for example SRS/SBRT, IGRT, IMRT/VMAT or HDR brachytherapy), and at what approximate frequency? Response: SBRT, IGRT, IMRT/VMAT, 3D Are any vacation coverage dates already known, particularly near the start of the performance period, and what notice will be provided before coverage is needed?
