After work is completed, if the equipment does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to the vendor for rework at no additional cost to the government. The vendor is responsible for returning repaired product(s) in a shipping container designed to withstand the vibration and shock encountered during transportation by ship, rail, truck, and aircraft.
