VH-92A Performance Enhancementview on SAM.gov

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements", NAVAIR issued delivery order N0001926F1126 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), a Lockheed Martin company on an other than full and open competition basis. The delivery order results in procurement of all VH-92A Performance enhancement Integration and test and certification efforts for VH-92A®Patriot®. Sikorsky is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and the necessary proprietary technical data required to perform this effort.
