This is a Request for Quote to provide Ground Ambulance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) contained herein. Refer to the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and VAAR 852.273-73 for response instructions. Questions regarding this Request for Quote (RFQ) are due 06/08/2026 by 12:00 pm PDT. Questions and quotes shall be submitted by email only to joshua.barrios@va.gov. Note: Changes to the Schedule, Performance Work Statement, or Clauses are unacceptable as this is an open-market commercial Request for Quote.
