INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research to determine responsible sources and their size classifications relative to the North America Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 325920 (size standard: 750 employees) for Explosives Manufacturing. Responses to this sources sought will be utilized by the Government to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement and make the appropriate determinations about potential sources. All sources must be DOD qualified and approved to provide CL-20. Method of Issue: Other Than Full and Open (Sole Source: Northrop Grumman Corporation, 9160 N Hwy 83, Corinne, UT 84307, a DOD-approved and qualified manufacturer for CL-20). No solicitation is currently available; as such, this is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.
