This notice makes available the Justification and Approval for a Sole Source Task Order in accordance with 538.7104-3(b)(ii) – Only one source is capable. The Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid, Acquisitions Directorate, awarded a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order to PPS Infotech, LLC. to provide Integrated Technical Architecture (ITA) services. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program. Consideration of schedule contractors will be restricted to fewer than the number required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 538.7104-3(b)(ii) – Only one source is capable. The approved Sole Source Justification is provided with this notice.
