Attachment 03: Delivery Order Evaluation Procedures: The Fair Opportunity ordering procedures are established and attached.These procedures outline the dynamic split-award and flexible ordering methodologies to be utilized at the task order level.7. Simultaneous DRAFT FOPR 0001 Pricing: Accompanied with this amendment is Attachment 04: Draft FOPR 0001 for an initialrepair requirement. In accordance with Section L, qualified offerors shall submit a price proposal for this initial repair requirementconcurrently with their base contract proposals on 15-June-26. Award of Task Order 0001 is contingent upon the availability offunds (FAR 52.232-18) and will be executed following the award of the base MAC IDIQ contracts.
