The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), veteran owned small business (VOSB), women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to the assigned NAICS code. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the government-wide point of entry business opportunities website http://www.sam.gov, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this RFI. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Ann Arbor, MI requires local reference laboratory testing for STAT and time-sensitive, Anatomic Pathology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, and Hematology testing on behalf of the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. Laboratory shall be available for testing 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the ability to complete time-sensitive testing within one (1) hour from sample collection.
