The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The intended contract vehicle will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF QUOTES Quotes are due no later than the date and time posted on the solicitation to the attention of Ms. Johanna Paz 177FW.Contracting.Org@us.af.mil. Emails sent to any other email will not be answered. It is the best interest of the offeror to ensure the quote submitted is received by the 177FW NJANG Contracting Office no later than the date and time specified in the solicitation. The provision RFO FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, Commercial in its latest edition applies to the solicitation. In accordance with RFO FAR 52.212-1(d); The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Quotes will be evaluated for conformance with the requirements of the solicitation and posted attachments. Offerors shall submit all product information for all components of the engine and service location where the work will be performed with their quote package. Product information shall include adequate information (product brochures, cut sheets, technical data sheets, etc.) for the Government to determine if the item being offered meets the Minimum Specifications identified.
